Femme de Champagne Rosé de Saignée 2007 is a champagne with a seductive and subtle personality. This luminous champagne with rose gold tints reveals complex notes of lively maturity. Its freshness is nicely structured and combined with a fragrance of wild red fruits.

Short maceration (18hours) of Pinots Noirs with sorted and de-stemmed grapes.
Malolactic fermentation.
Sulphites: Low sulphiting.
Alcohol content: 12%.

Characteristics : Vintage 2007: An early year with a very hot April month, which then turned into a rather classic year. A very rainy summer. Harvest at the end of August.
Agronomic yield of 15500 kg/ha and AOC yield of 12400 kg/ha. Average degree of 9.4%.
Average total acidity of 8.6 g/l H2SO4.
The whole family vineyard is certified HVE level 3 and certified Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
