The Précieuses Parcelles Cumières 2005 vintage releases a bouquet with a powerful profile of balance and complexity, marked by the concentration of the Pinot Noir grape variety vinified entirely in oak barrels.
An intimate combination between the grape variety and the soil, deeply respectful of nature, this wine, behind a harmonious thickness, lets explode in the mouth a vivacity mixed with suave and warm touches that will delight connoisseurs and lovers of atypical flavours.
This champagne is made from organically grown grapes certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.

A regular stirring of the lees every 2 weeks was carried out to re-suspend the lees.
Maturation in barrels for 9 months.
Ageing potential : 5 to 10 years.
Dosage : 4 g/litre
Characteristics : The 2005 vintage: A year of contrasting climatic conditions with a spring that was not very frosty, with marked heat and balanced rainfall, leading to flowering in mid-June. High average temperatures in summer, except in August. The harvest took place at the beginning of the second half of September, offering a good balance of sugars and acids.
The vineyard: Preservation of nature since viticulture does not use synthetic chemical products: no chemical fertilisers, no insecticides, no herbicides, no fungicides; only treatment products derived from nature. The vines produce lower yields than in traditional viticulture; this implies a high concentration of material in the berries, a source of complexity in the wine and a full expression of the terroir.
