    The evolution of general taste towards less sweet wines together with the habit of drinking champagne as an aperitif has led to the widespread use of brut champagnes. However, many wine lovers still enjoy the subtle pleasures of the past represented by half-dry champagnes. Harmony is round and delicate, thanks to a high proportion of Chardonnay and a well-balanced dosage. Presented in its case, the Laurent-Perrier Harmony is ideal for all your gift occasions.
    To the eye

    A soft effervescence, a brilliant and elegant golden yellow colour, quite deep.

    On the nose

    An intense and rich nose with notes of dried fruits (almonds and hazelnuts) as well as toasted aromas. After a few years of ageing, the nose evolves towards rich nuances of honey and pine resin.

    In the mouth

    Full-bodied and generous, it is warm and rich on the palate with a dominant roundness.

    Food & champagne pairings

    This wine brings out the best of sweet dishes and pairs particularly well with desserts and pastries. It will give dishes a lot of richness and depth.

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 6 and 8 °C.

    Potential of keeping

    Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
    Chardonnay 45% (among the highest in its category) – Pinot Noir 40% – Meunier 15%. More than 55 crus are used in the composition of the Harmony cuvĂ©e. For blending, only the musts of the cuvĂ©e are used, so only 80% of the grape juice extracted from pressing.10 to 20% of reserve wines are used to ensure a perfect regularity of the dryness, sometimes even more.
    Vinification :
    The wine is dosed with a liqueur composed of cane sugar and wine from the same vintage. Prolonged aging, more than double the average for the appellation: 3 years of aging.
