The curtain has recently been raised on the result of several years of reflection, crazy ideas, feats of engineering and passion: La Tour d’Argent, one of the finest jewels in the crown of Parisian gastronomy, has just opened a new chapter in its history.
\nA year of complete renovation has been necessary to bring this monument, one of the most emblematic in Paris, into a new, resolutely contemporary era.

According to Andr\u00e9 Terrail, the third generation at the helm of La Tour d’Argent, this is the declared objective of this legendary establishment.
\nWhile preserving the soul of the place, the essential spaces have been redesigned, and other new areas have been created, waiting to be discovered. <\/p>\n

This enchanted interlude is open daily from 6.30pm to midnight – from 12pm on weekends – and weather permitting.
