The Cuvée Réserve Exclusive Brut is an airy, dynamic and fresh champagne, with a frank and expressive fruitiness, animated by a beautiful maturity thanks to a prolonged ageing in the cellar allowing it to develop its flavour and its consistency. Simple in its complexity, refreshing and playful, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif. The Salmanazar format is a large 9 litres bottle, which represents 12 bottles of champagne or 72 glasses. This large format, delivered in a wooden case, is ideal for your receptions, special occasions and gifts.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
This champagne is harmoniously made of 20% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for roundness and structure and 40% Meunier for fruitiness and suppleness.
    Vinification :
Aged for 3 to 4 years in the cellar.
    Dosage :
    6 to 10 g/liter
