In the 1960s, Laurent-Perrier was the first Champagne house to produce a rosé champagne from maceration. This demanding choice, the fruit of exceptional know-how, has given birth to Cuvée Rosé, a delicately aromatic Champagne. Intense aromas of red fruits emerge from the bottle embossed with the Laurent-Perrier coat of arms. To enhance the quality of the wine, the Maison has been designing a reusable metal ornament since 2017, to match the generous contours of the Cuvée Rosé bottle. The light dress of the new Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier Édition Limitée Pétales is woven with Dalhia or Strelitzia petals in finely iridescent Pop colors. A harmony of colors in shades of red and pink with orange or bluish highlights, recalling all the nuances of the fresh, crunchy red and black fruit palette of this great Champagne.

The Laurent-Perrier Rosé Cuvée has established itself worldwide as the benchmark for rosé champagnes. In its elegant Henri IV-inspired bottle, this rosé champagne has been recognized for its consistent high quality for 40 years. A unique vintage by its history, its elaboration, its generosity. Before 1968, non-vintage rosé champagne was almost inconceivable. In the midst of a social and cultural revolution, Bernard de Nonancourt gave it roots and letters. Better still, he has succeeded in making a noble wine out of it, linking rosé champagne to Laurent-Perrier in an inseparable way.

    Alcohol content: 12%.
    To the eye

Elegant color which evolves naturally from a nice raspberry hue to salmon hues.

    On the nose

Frank and very fresh nose. Wide range of small red fruits: raspberry, red currant, strawberry, black cherry. Its extraordinary freshness is the dominant sensation.

    In the mouth

The fruit dominates the mouth. The attack is very frank and acidulous, very pleasant. Sensation of diving into a basket of freshly picked red fruits: notes of strawberry, morello cherry, black currant and raspberry. Supple and round wine.

    Food & champagne pairings

The Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier is a very pleasant appetizer and, because of its aromatic character, also allows for numerous food and wine pairings. It can thus accompany raw fish (marinated red mullet, tuna tartar), grilled gambas, fine Italian charcuterie, duck, lamb or creamy cheeses such as Chaource. It will be the extraordinary partner of desserts based on red fruits. The most daring will marry it with Asian or Indian cuisine.

    Ideal operating temperature

To be enjoyed between 8°C and 10°C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
100% Pinot Noir. Ten or so crus, mainly from the southern and northern sectors of the Montagne de Reims – including the famous Côte de Bouzy – are favored, notably the crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne.
    Vinification :
Laurent-Perrier’s technical facilities are fully adapted and dedicated to the production of Rosé. The grapes from the selected plots are sorted and destemmed before being put into vats. The maceration lasts from 48 to 72 hours following the harvest and allows to extract the color and to express all the aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir.
Thanks to this unique and innovative know-how, the Laurent-Perrier Rosé Cuvée combines vinosity and great freshness, a rare combination in a champagne.

The bottles are aged in the cellar for a minimum of four years.
