Payment

Online payment will be secured by the company Payplug. In order to ensure the security of the payment, the buyer will have to transmit to the seller the visual cryptogram (CVV) appearing on the back of the bank card used by the buyer.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Carte Bleue / Visa / MasterCard / American Express), bank transfer, Paypal and payment in instalments via our partner Alma.

Delivery

Absolutely. When you place your order online, you specify the billing address, and a delivery address which may be different from the billing address.
In this case, the procedure is simple: ask the carrier to return the parcel to the sender, notifying this on your Delivery Note.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery zone: – For a delivery in Metropolitan France, the standard delivery is charged 9,90€ incl. VAT. For any order over 180€, standard delivery is free. – For a delivery in Corsica, the standard delivery is charged 19,00€ incl. VAT. – For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, in Europe, standard delivery is charged at €39.00 incl. VAT. – For delivery outside Metropolitan France and outside Europe, delivery costs will be calculated according to the country of delivery.
To check the delivery address you entered when ordering, click on the “My account” icon at the top right of the site. Your account details will be displayed. There you will find the tracking and status of your orders. Once your order has been “confirmed”, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address in your account. We deliver to some European countries. The list of countries available for delivery is proposed when you fill in your delivery details. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery is made in Metropolitan France within an average of eight days from the date of payment of the order. In the case of certain operations or specific products, the delivery time may be longer.
