Salmanazar

Like the other large formats, the Salmanazar can be stored in cellars or in the dark, at a constant temperature of 14 to 16°. It should be served at 12°, chilled the day before tasting either in an American fridge or in a large ice bucket filled with cold water and covered with ice cubes. It should be left to rest to reduce the pressure and avoid handling as much as possible. These bottles can be kept as precious treasures. Capacity 9 litres. Equivalent to 12 bottles – between 72 and 84 flutes.
