Origin of the cuvées

CHAMPMARKET buys exclusively from the Champagne Houses and ships most of its orders directly from the cellars of the Houses, which guarantees its customers an optimal quality of their purchases, the cuvées having been kept in ideal conditions.

Delivery area

CHAMPMARKET ships to Metropolitan France and Corsica. Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, Monaco and European Union countries are subject to a specific quote.

Costs and delivery times

Delivery costs for metropolitan France are 9.90 € including VAT. You will receive your order within an average of eight days from the date of full payment of the invoice, except for specific operations. Orders placed during a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next working day. 

The delivery costs are automatically calculated on the “Shopping cart” page. So, before you confirm your order, you know exactly how much your delivery costs will be.

You will have the choice of delivery to your home or to another address.

The delivery times communicated are subject to the availability of the goods in accordance with our policy of direct supply from the Champagne Houses to optimise the conservation of the precious Champagne. We will inform you if any of the products ordered are not in stock and will make every effort to offer you a substitute solution.

A delivery for which you have given us an incorrect or incomplete address, or three unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a return to our warehouse and delivery charges. Therefore, we recommend that you provide us with as much information as possible about your address, such as your door code, mobile phone number or even an additional address in your address book, in order to avoid returns and additional delivery charges.

Order tracking

It is very easy to find out the status of your order: log on to, go to “My account” then “My orders” and click on your order to obtain the information you require.

An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your parcel(s) is (are) dispatched, giving you a delivery tracking number, if applicable, or indicating that the parcel has been collected by a carrier.
