Les Crayères

Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Crayères reveal a thousand-year-old heritage steeped in history and know-how. Excavated to depths of up to 35 metres, these chalk cathedrals – among the deepest in the region – are naturally refrigerated cellars where cuvées products are preserved away from heat and light.
