Bollinger Rosé is a highly technical champagne. Bollinger Rosé magnum has a surprising character… and a lovely touch of poetry. When the House decided to try its hand at rosé, its demands were uncompromising: freshness, yes, but with structure and elegance. Bollinger Rosé thus follows in the footsteps of Special Cuvée and its spicy notes. The addition of a superb red wine from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay, or from those in Aÿ depending on the year, worked in the same way as the vines of the mythical La Côte aux Enfants plot, gives it an unmistakable aromatic power. And also the brilliance, presence and delicacy that are the hallmarks of great blends. The Magnum format is a large bottle with a capacity of 1.5 liters, which represents 2 bottles of champagne or 12 glasses. This large format is ideal for receptions, dinners and special occasions.
    To the eye

A golden hue combined with the intense depth of a great red wine.

    On the nose

The nobility of red berries with notes of redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry. A touch of spice, which links Bollinger Rosé to the style of Special Cuvée.

    In the mouth

On the palate, there's a subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness, with a tannic edge reminiscent of the addition of red wine; velvety-fine bubbles; and wild red fruit aromas.

    Food & champagne pairings

Bollinger Rosé marks an intimate, offbeat moment; why not the Bollinger "afternoon tea"? It's also perfect as an aperitif, for a summer picnic or with a fruity, low-sugar dessert.

    Ideal operating temperature

To enhance its unique style, bouquet and aromas, we recommend serving Bollinger Rosé between 10 and 12°C.

    Potential of keeping

Bollinger Rosé is now available for tasting.

    Assembly :
Bollinger Rosé is a blend of over 85% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. The blend includes 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier. The red wine reveals the style with an addition of only 5 to 6% due to its strength.
