On the nose
Fruity fragrances of pear and blackberry combined with tasty notes of roasted hazelnuts and pastry, evoking gingerbread.
In the mouth
The taste in the mouth seduces with its fruity aromas of redcurrant, guava and peach, and its spicy notes, supported by a smooth minerality.
Ideal as an aperitif, Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs Silver Champagne also goes perfectly with sashimi, sushi, shellfish carpaccio, grilled sea bass or light cheese.
To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
To be enjoyed now, but for those who have the patience and passion for champagnes with a more pronounced character, this cuvée could be kept in the cellar beyond 2036.
