    No sulphur was added to this cuvée during the various stages of vinification, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself in complete freedom. Without dosage and yet with a remarkable roundness thanks to the maturity of the grapes and the time spent in our cellars, this cuvée evokes beautiful apples and William pears with a touch of citrus. The Magnum format is a large 1.5 litres bottle, which represents 2 bottles of champagne or 12 glasses. This large format, presented in its luxurious box, is ideal for your receptions, dinners, special occasions and gifts.
    To the eye

    A pretty ruddy gold colour with coppery reflections and a lively foam.

    On the nose

    Very fresh nose, evoking pear, lemon and hazelnuts.

    In the mouth

    On the palate, a very dry, mineral Champagne bursting with life. It will delight enthusiasts and purists on the looking for new taste sensations.
    Recommended for those allergic to sulphur.

    Potential of keeping

    Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    2 to 3 years of aging after bottling.
