    No sulphur was added to this cuvée during the different stages of vinification, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself in complete freedom. Without dosage and yet with a remarkable roundness thanks to the maturity of the grapes and the time spent in the depths of our cellars, this cuvée evokes beautiful apples and William pears with a touch of citrus.
    To the eye

    A pretty vermilion gold color with copper reflections and a lively but not very exuberant foam.

    On the nose

    Very fresh, evoking pear, lemon and hazelnut.

    In the mouth

    A very dry and mineral champagne that overflows with life. It will delight enthusiasts and purists looking for new taste sensations.
    Recommended for people allergic to sulfur.

    Potential of keeping

    Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Vinification :
    After bottling, the wine is matured for 2 to 3 years on laths.
