The Drappier Rosé Nature Cuvée will delight lovers of freshness, minerality and purity. Delivering notes of rose petals, red fruit, citrus, tangerine and white pepper, Drappier Rosé Nature reveals another facet of rosé champagne, with a bold and modern style.
    To the eye

    On the nose

Notes of strawberry, raspberry with a floral accent of rose petal.

    In the mouth

This wine is reminiscent of red fruits and is enhanced by notes of citrus, tangerine and a very refined touch of white pepper.

    Food & champagne pairings

Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with salmon carpaccio or scallops, sushi or grilled meats.

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 7 et 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
