The Cellar Master words : “The Pinot Noir is powerful, round and full-bodied while the Pinot Meunier is balanced, supple and fine. The Brut Rosé will seduce the finest palates.
    To the eye

A beautiful pink colour with nuanced highlights.

    On the nose

A gourmet evocation. The power of red fruits: redcurrant, blueberry and raspberry mixed with a hint of Gariguette strawberry.

    In the mouth

Frank flavours on the palate, all in delicacy and nuances. A refreshing champagne with a fruity finish.

    Food & champagne pairings

The Nicolas Feuillatte Exclusive Reserve Rosé is ideal as an aperitif or at the table.
Simple pleasures: pair the Réserve Exclusive Rosé with a tuna carpaccio, bellota & fresh goat's cheese bites, a red fruit salad or a strawberry tart.
Relaxing moments: chicken samoussas with spices, salmon sashimi, a red fruit Pavlova.
A Haute Couture moment: combine the Réserve Exclusive Rosé with a duck with turnips and cranberries, a "unilateral" salmon and green asparagus, spicy shrimps and coconut milk.

    Ideal operating temperature

Serve between 7 and 8°C as an aperitif, between 10 and 12°C with a meal.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier. An ideal combination of the freshness and structure of a white blend and the fruity expression of the red wine (16%).
    Vinification :
Aged in the cellar for 2 to 3 years.
    Dosage :
    8 to 10 g/liter
