Signature of the Pannier Champagne House, the Brut Sélection is a fresh, fruity and elegant champagne.
The Mathusalem format is a large 6 litres bottle, which represents 8 bottles of champagne or 48 glasses. This large format is ideal for your receptions and special occasions.
Tasting Notes
In the flute, fine bubbles dance in a cheerful persistent cordon for the pleasure of the eye. The colour is a beautiful bright yellow and gold.
The second stage, the one of scents, evokes the brioche where ripe yellow and white fruits melt with greediness to the notes of fine pastry.
On the palate, the attack is fresh, supported by a fleshy amplitude; the fresh fruits (vine peach, apricot and nectarine) merge on the palate before offering an elegant and persistent finish.
Food pairings
This cuvée excels at all times as an aperitif, but also throughout a cocktail meal.
Ideal serving temperature : Serve between 7 and 9 °C.
