In the flute, fine bubbles dance in a cheerful persistent cordon for the pleasure of the eye. The colour is a beautiful bright yellow and gold.
On the nose
The second stage, the one of scents, evokes the brioche where ripe yellow and white fruits melt with greediness to the notes of fine pastry.
In the mouth
On the palate, the attack is fresh, supported by a fleshy amplitude; the fresh fruits (vine peach, apricot and nectarine) merge on the palate before offering an elegant and persistent finish.
This cuvée excels at all times as an aperitif, but also throughout a cocktail meal.
Serve between 7 and 9 °C.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
