March 18 in Tours the long-awaited Michelin Guide ceremony was held.
The 2024 awards dazzled us once again!
While this is the first time that Charles Heidsieck has supplied champagne for the ceremonies in France and Japan, it’s not the first time the House has accompanied the Red Guide ceremonies for the second year running in Great Britain & Ireland and the Nordic countries.

“A partnership of excellence that underscores the close ties between our Champagne House and haute gastronomy. As a partner to Chefs, we are proud to promote the French art of living, high standards, audacity and creativity”

Illustrating this powerful bond, Jérôme Banctel, three-starred chef at Le Gabriel restaurant in the La Réserve Paris hotel, and friend of the House, shares his vision of ” Charles “: “La Maison Charles Heidsieck is a real favorite, just like its team: generous wines with great depth. It brought me luck for my third star.

The 2024 revelations
The star ceremony
The Étoiles revelation is certainly the most eagerly awaited event in the world of Gastronomy.
This year, the cities of Tours, Manchester, Tokyo, Kyoto / Osaka and Turku will host the prestigious ceremonies to unveil the Stars 2024 of France, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan and the Nordic countries.
All facets of Haute Gastronomie will be celebrated: the Chefs’ vision, their risk-taking, the teams’ efforts to offer the most exceptional culinary experiences to lovers of haute cuisine.

“It’s a wonderful moment to be awarded these three stars, a visceral quest that has now come to fruition. I’d like to thank Michel Reybier, who has placed his trust in me since we opened and with whom we share the same vision of cuisine. I’m also thinking of my formidable team, who surpass themselves on a daily basis and without whom this ascent would not have been possible. I appreciate the value of this honor and am proud to have reached this level of excellence in French gastronomy.” Jérôme Banctel
