On the nose
Fruity fragrances of pear and blackberry combine with delicious notes of roasted hazelnuts and pastry, reminiscent of gingerbread.
In the mouth
The taste in the mouth is seductive, with fruity aromas of redcurrant, guava and peach, and spicy notes, supported by a suave minerality.
Ideal as an aperitif, Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs Silver with boxed set also goes perfectly with sashimi, sushi, shellfish carpaccio, grilled sea bass or light cheese.
To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
Perfect for drinking today, but for those with the patience and passion for champagnes with more character, this cuvée could be cellared until around 2036.
