    To the eye

The color is deep gold, with a hint of amber.

    On the nose

The aromatic intensity is immediate, with ripe tropical fruits (mango, guava, candied pineapple) and stone fruits (plum, nectarine), sweet spices (licorice, cinnamon, nutmeg), complemented by fine, original notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and herbs (blackcurrant, peppermint) brought out by a rosy dosage liqueur.

    In the mouth

Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, the richness unfolds in an explosion of fruity (fruit salad, wild strawberries, raspberries in syrup) and sweet (toffee, quince paste) flavors, then the acidity reveals itself for a refreshing finish on notes of grapefruit, ginger and quinine.

    Food & champagne pairings

Moët Ice Impérial, served over ice, can be harmoniously complemented with "fresh" ingredients to enhance the final freshness.
We recommend a few mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit zest, or cardamom seeds.

    Ideal operating temperature

To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
The profiles of the wines used for the blend have been meticulously selected for their specific contribution: Pinot Noir (40-50%), vinous and angular, as much for the intensity of the fruit as for the integrating structure of the dosage, Pinot Meunier (30-40%), round and fleshy, for richness and mellowness in the middle palate, and Chardonnay with sharp acidity (10-20%) for a refreshing finish.
    Dosage :
    45 g/liter
