Specially created to be enjoyed chilled, over ice, in large Cabernet-style glasses, its style is characterized by bright fruitiness, a savory palate and elegant ripeness.
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
A bright, lively pink color with golden highlights.
On the nose
A fruity bouquet, with scents of fragrant red berries and morello cherries, as well as nuances of juicy summer fruits (figs and nectarines) and a gourmand note of grenadine.
In the mouth
Its flavors combine sweetness and firmness.
The sweetness is reminiscent of berries.
It disperses and becomes lighter, resulting in a harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness.
The finish is refreshing, with the deliciously sweet and bitter notes of pink grapefruit.
This surprising way of tasting Rosé Champagne combines freshness with the distinguished flavor of red fruit, while the long finish does not mask an energetic character.
Moët Ice Impérial Rosé, served over ice, can be harmoniously complemented with fresh ingredients to enhance the final freshness.
To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
Majority Pinot Noir (40-50%), Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%).

18 months of maturation in cellars and 3 months of maturation after disgorgement.
The profiles of the wines used for the blend have been meticulously selected for their specific contribution.
Pinot Noir for the most part: vinous and angular, both for the intensity of the fruit and the integrating structure of the dosage.
Meunier: round and fleshy, for richness and mellowness in the middle palate.
Chardonnay with its sharp acidity: for a refreshing finish.
Not forgetting reserve wines to enhance intensity, richness and consistency.
