The Pannier Brut Rosé Champagne is a traditional blend to which red wine from the vineyards of Champagne and different Crus is added. This addition gives the wine its salmon pink colour and its pleasant notes of small red fruits, combining both a beautiful balance and a great finesse. The Brut Rosé is a fruity and greedy champagne that seduces both as an aperitif and with dessert, charmingly surrounding the festive atmosphere of an epicurean picnic. For yourself or as a gift, its elegant case is suitable for all occasions.
    To the eye

Very beautiful soft pink colour with a thin cord and delicate foam.

    On the nose

The nose is dominated by small red fruits at perfect maturity (cherries, raspberries).

    In the mouth

On the palate, the attack is fresh and greedy: the red fruit aromas melt away and reveal pleasant, fruity notes. The finish presents a nice balance between fleshiness and finesse.

    Food & champagne pairings

Delicious as an aperitif or for a gourmet break with red fruits, this Rosé also goes well with salmon or more traditionally with grilled meats and summer salads.

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 7 et 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier of which 15% Red Champagne and 25% reserve wines.
    Vinification :
Minimum ageing of 3 years in the cellar.
