The Pinots Noirs make this wine a straightforward champagne in its terroir, with a saline and salivating framework that gives it an elegant length in the mouth. The Chardonnays and Meuniers bring out this minerality with a generous fruitiness of caramelized apples and white flowers.
    To the eye

This wine has a golden and limpid color. Its amber reflections reveal abundant fine bubbles and an elegant foam.

    On the nose

Very delicate, we are surprised by its notes of white flowers which evolve towards aromas of caramelized apples just out of the oven.

    In the mouth

In the mouth, the attack is unctuous. It is dominated by aromas of white flesh fruits and pastries. A greedy and honeyed flavor gives way to a sustained length, proof of its aromatic complexity.

    Food & champagne pairings

Aperitif champagne par excellence, Roger Desivry's Brut cuvée will go well with salmon or foie gras toasts.

    Ideal operating temperature

To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
