Made from the same grape varieties as the Cuvée Brut and in similar proportions, the sweet and toasty notes of Roger Desivry Cuvée Demi-Sec champagne are elegantly revealed on desserts, in particular on a lemon meringue pie, or with a pan-fried foie gras on its bed of figs.
    To the eye

This cuvée has a golden color with amber nuances. The bubble is fine and forms a lively and intense foam

    On the nose

The Nose is extremely generous. Its toasted aromas invade us with an exquisite perfume of honey and frangipane.

    In the mouth

In the mouth, a sweet greediness animates the taste buds. Intense notes of dried apricots and almonds can be detected. An ample roundness of an extreme freshness continues in the length.

    Food & champagne pairings

A partner for gourmet moments, the Roger Desivry Demi-Sec will sublimate a lemon meringue pie or a pan-fried foie gras on a bed of figs.

    Ideal operating temperature

To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
