A remarkable place, pioneering chefs, a singular artist, an inventive programme… From 16 to 31 October, Maison Ruinart is setting up its UNCONVENTIONAL RESTAURANT in the heart of the capital, near the ephemeral Grand Palais and the FIAC.
Open to the public for a fortnight, this temporary table hosts the union of champagne, creation and gastronomy. The bar, lounge and dining room will host guest chefs, led by Alexandre Gauthier, as well as Antonin Bonnet, Alessandra Montagne, Cathy Paraschiv, Julien Sebbag, Céline Pham and Valentine Davase, who will take turns offering a limited series of dinners and lunches in harmony with Ruinart’s wines.

For the duration of the event, come and share with the chefs and creators close to the Ruinart House over a brunch, a tasting, a workshop or a cooking class. What do these different moments of sharing have in common? The dialogue that takes place in this former workshop, left raw, with the works of the artistic reinterpretation of the oldest champagne house by the artist David Shringley.
UNCONVENTIONAL BUBBLES
David Shringley
Bringing a singular vision to a House that is no less singular, the British artist sheds new light on the vineyards, the heritage and the know-how of the House of Ruinart. Through his drawings, he offers us a journey that is both benevolent and singular, provoking surprising conversations between nature and the stages of wine-making. UNCONVENTIONAL BUBBLES, his artistic reinterpretation, reflects this bold approach.
