The Demi-Sec Séduction Pannier is a dessert champagne, smooth, round, with a light tenderness. The dry dosage is part of the ancestral ones used in Champagne between 1850 and 1900. It has now been abandoned in favour of lower doses. Its main interest lies in the sensations of softness and roundness with a particular expression of fruitiness. For yourself or as a gift, its elegant case is suitable for all occasions.
    To the eye

To the eye, a beautiful golden glow underlines the persistence of the fine bubbles.

    On the nose

The nose is discreet, floral with a nice complexity. The aromas of white peaches and fresh almonds give way to notes of yellow plums and apricot after a few moments in the glass.

    In the mouth

The attack is fresh, harmonious and brings round and soft sensations to the palate. Their combination reveals a balanced champagne whose tenderness continues on a delicately sweet fruity sensation.

    Food & champagne pairings

Round and soft, the seduction is fully played out in the desserts (Tatin-style tart, strawberry soup, nougatine, mignardises and fresh fruit salad...). The most daring will try the summer "long-drink" as an aperitif, on ice, in cocktail glasses. Surprising and modern!

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 7 and 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier of which 30% of reserve wines.
