Restaurant Pic*** in Valence has forged strong links with the Champagne house over the years as a Krug Ambassador.
Artisans of flavors, constantly on the lookout for complex aromas, it’s only natural that Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Olivier Krug of the eponymous house should join forces for an exceptional dinner of Champagne wine and food pairings.

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, accompanied by Head Sommelier Paz Levinson and Head Sommelier Edmond Gasser, will reveal her creative universe through a menu of six sequences in which rarity, exclusivity and excellence are the hallmarks of each of the dishes and champagnes selected.

EVENING PROGRAM

7 p.m. – Speech by Olivier Krug and Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, followed by a “Krug & Music” aperitif.

8 p.m. – Dinner in 6 sequences with Paz Levinson, Executive Head Sommelier, Groupe Pic and Edmond Gasser, Head Sommelier, Maison Pic

She took over the restaurant in 1997 and was awarded 3 Michelin stars in 2007.
