Krug X Citron: As it does every year, through a recipe book, the House of Krug pays tribute to a unique ingredient among the humblest and invites the famous Chefs of the Krug Embassies to create food and champagne pairings to accompany the new Editions of Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé.

THE BEAUTY OF ZEST

More than a recipe book, “La Beauté du Zeste ” is a meeting between creators – Chef de Caves Julie Cavil and the Krug Embassy Chefs – who, from a humble ingredient, reveal unlimited creative possibilities.

In 2023, Krug celebrates a new ingredient: the lemon, a citrus fruit with an intense flavor.
The first fruit to be honored by the House.

For this new edition, over 100 Krug Embassy Chefs from 25 different countries, inspired by this tasty fruit, have embarked on this gastronomic adventure, creating lemon-based recipes that are easy to prepare at home.

Through their original creations, discover how lemon can become the link between flavors, textures and even cultures.

“Krug Grande Cuvée 171ème Edition is a dynamic, vibrant and highly complex cuvée.
The nose is expressive with beautiful citrus nuances such as bergamot and citron.
