Brut Gold, the emblematic cuvée of the House of Armand de Brignac, is an iconic champagne. Following the blending champagne tradition, Brut Gold brings together three vintages from the region’s most renowned plots, offering a cuvée with a lively fresh fruit character and a supple texture.
Aromas of peach, apricot and red fruits, followed by notes of crystallized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche.
The taste in the mouth is rich in exotic fruit, cherry, with a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey.
Ideal as an aperitif, the Armand de Brignac Brut Gold also goes perfectly with poached scallops, roast quail or freshwater fish.
Blend : 40 % Pinot Noir, 40 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Meunier.
Vinification : The Brut Gold Armand de Brignac is a multi-vintages champagne (trio of vintages 2009, 2010 and 2012).
Ageing potential : To be enjoyed now, but for those who have the patience and passion for champagnes with a more pronounced character, this cuvée could be kept in the cellar beyond 2025.
