The nose is discreet, with notes of fresh mirabelle plums, golden apples and buttercups, sprinkled with yellow and white fruits.

The palate is fresh, delicate and greedy, with a nice consistency of light fleshiness and crisp fruit.
A natural choice for the aperitif, Vintage 2014 likes to make its amplitude resonate at the table. Characterised by a particular freshness and greediness, this festive wine will also surprise at the beginning of the meal with crab and mandarin aumonieres or a prawn tatin with citrus butter.
Serve between 7 and 9 °C.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
