Barons de RothschildConcordia Brut Bottle (0.75L) | Box
Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut Bottle with box is a grand vin d’assemblage with a majority of Chardonnay, the Rothschild family’s interpretation of the Champagne tradition.
The wine's brilliance and clarity offer the eye pale gold reflections, mingled with very fine bubbles.
On the nose
The freshness of the Chardonnay comes to the fore, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and nectarine, mingled with the airy peony notes of the Pinot Noir. The second nose opens up to a spicier register and a beautiful complexity with aromas of dried apricot and almond.
In the mouth
Roundness and generosity accompany a beautiful verticality. The vivacity of the nectarine combines with notes of honey, saffron and pepper, sublimated by beautiful bitters on the finish.
Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut is a complex, all-purpose champagne, ideal as an aperitif or throughout a champagne dinner. A perfect accompaniment to finely seared scallops, shellfish or rock fish. It will enhance a risotto, a fine white meat or a farmhouse Brie de Meaux to sublimate the end of your meal.
Between 8 and 10°C.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
