Pommery Brut Royal Jeroboam is blended from grapes from 40 selected villages in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and other Champagne regions where the climate contributes to the liveliness and delicacy of the grapes. The heart of the Pommery style: Liveliness (aromas of white fruits associated with small red fruits), Freshness (notes of citrus fruits and white flowers), Finesse (a clean mouth that never tires the palate). The Jeroboam format is a large bottle with a capacity of 3 liters, which represents 4 bottles of champagne or 24 glasses. This large format is ideal for your receptions, dinners and special occasions.

    Ideal operating temperature

To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Vinification :
The Brut Royal blend favors Chardonnay. From 40 selected villages of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims and other Champagne regions where the climate contributes to the vivacity and delicacy of the grapes.
First fermentation maintained at low temperature (16°C). A particularly slow foaming in the chalk cellar at a depth of 30 meters, therefore at a very low temperature (10 °C) to allow the formation of fine and elegant bubbles.
Pommery’s own determination to carry out meticulous clarifications and rackings at each stage to separate the lees from the wine. A dosage liqueur, made up of Grands Crus de blancs only, taking up all the characteristics of the blended wine to preserve the finesse of the wines making up this blend.
