    To the eye

An exaltation of the senses! The robe is brilliant, with some golden reflections. The bubble is shimmering and very fine.

    On the nose

The first nose reveals a saline and mineral framework, then floral notes (acacia, peony), fresh fruit (vine peach, pear) and finally more toasted notes of hazelnut and roasted almonds. With agitation, the bouquet becomes greedy and voluptuous with notes of brioche, nougat, ginger and candied lemon.

    In the mouth

There is a lot of flesh and substance. The texture is crisp and silky. The minerality of the chalk resonates brilliantly with this fleshy structure and contributes to the length. The finish is fresh and generous, suggesting a discreet dosage followed by a long period of post-disgorgement rest that does not disturb the natural balance of the wine.

    Food & champagne pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, with smoked meats, shellfish, appetizers, fish and starters.

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 10 and 12 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
The blend of this vintage is made of 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Chardonnay and thus offers a real balance between power and elegance.
