Fruity and extroverted, the Drappier Rosé de Saignée is a beautiful tribute to Pinot Noir. Its beautiful salmon color, its balance and its superb bouquet of red fruits and violets make it the ideal companion of the aperitif, as well as light and summery meals.
    To the eye

    A beautiful pink color.

    On the nose

Very well-structured, with exemplary purity of red fruit, this champagne bursts on the nose with similar sensations on the palate.

    In the mouth

Warm and satiny, slightly spicy with stone fruit notes balanced by a fresh finish.

    Food & champagne pairings

Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with antipasti, salmon en papillotes, roasted lamb chops, strawberry salad.

    Ideal operating temperature

To be consumed between 7 and 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
    100% Pinot Noir
    Vinification :
The elaboration of Rosé by maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a particularly rich vineyard in Pinots, the Drappier Champagne House has the material to extract the most concentrated grapes in red fruit aromas. In fact, this concentration is so strong that, yet another original feature of the Champagne House, the cuvée is lightened by adding a proportion of Pinots vinified as whites.
One year follows another, but no two are alike. Rather than creating a systematic Rosé with a constant color, the Drappier Champagne House lets nature surprise them, the fruit being, in their eyes, more important than the hue.
    Dosage :
    7,5 g/liter
