Technical sheet
Blend : 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification : The production of Rosé by maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a vineyard particularly rich in Pinots, the Drappier Champagne House has the potential to extract the most concentrated grapes in red fruit aromas. Because this concentration is particularly strong, another originality of the Champagne House is that the cuvée is thinned out by adding a proportion of Pinots vinified in white. Rather than creating a systematic Rosé with a constant colour, the Drappier Champagne House lets nature surprise them, the fruit being more important to them than the colour.
Dosage : 7,5 g/litre
Characteristics : Non Vintage
