Fruity and lively, Drappier Rosé de Saignée is a fine tribute to Pinot Noir. Its beautiful salmon colour, its balance and its superb bouquet of red fruits and violets make it the perfect partner for the aperitif, as well as for light and summery meals. The half-bottle format (37.5 cl) is ideal for a one-to-one tasting or for your gifts and corporate events.

    Ideal operating temperature

    Serve between 7 et 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
    100% Pinot Noir
    Vinification :
The production of Rosé by maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a vineyard particularly rich in Pinots, the Drappier Champagne House has the potential to extract the most concentrated grapes in red fruit aromas. Because this concentration is particularly strong, another originality of the Champagne House is that the cuvée is thinned out by adding a proportion of Pinots vinified in white. Rather than creating a systematic Rosé with a constant colour, the Drappier Champagne House lets nature surprise them, the fruit being more important to them than the colour.
    Dosage :
