    Bollinger PN AYC18 with case is a wine to be shared among enthusiasts in search of the different expressions of Pinot Noir in Champagne. Pinot Noir is one of the pillars of the Bollinger style, and the House has built its reputation on magnifying this grape variety. Cuvée PN is the result of research into the taste of Pinot Noir and its different origins in Champagne. It continues this heritage and affirms Bollinger’s legendary style, while reinventing itself each year. Each edition offers a new interpretation of Bollinger’s expertise and vineyards.
    To the eye

    Its color is golden with bronze highlights.

    On the nose

    The nose reveals notes of honey, fruit paste, quince and candied citrus. Aromas of almond paste and blood orange round out this sweet-spiced nose with a refreshing menthol note.

    In the mouth

    The palate is deep, subtle and rich, offering fine amplitude and a candied citrus finish that enhances the wine's freshness.

    PN AYC18 is the ideal partner for refined dishes such as scallop carpaccio with citrus fruit, duck breast with orange or quince tart amandine.

    Ideal operating temperature

    To enhance its unique style and aromas, we recommend serving PN AYC18 between 10 and 11°C.
