Tasting Notes
A golden color with copper highlights.
A fine and delicate nose with aromas of red fruits and vineyard peaches.
A powerful palate expressing dried fruit flavors with a spicy touch and a fresh finish coated with a very melted liquor.

Ideal serving temperature : Serve at 10°C.

Blend : 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier.
Vinification : Old limestone vines facing south on a mid-slope Jurassic Kimmeridgian and chalky.
Yield : 65 hl/ha. Age of the vines: 25 years.
Only first press juices are used. Mechanical presses with low pressure. Grapes are worked by gravity, without pumping, to avoid oxidation
Alcoholic fermentation during approximately 2 weeks at low temperature.
Natural and complete malolactic fermentation.
No filtration.
Minimal use of sulfur. 5% of the wines are aged in tuns for 1 year to enrich the cuvée.

Maturing : Three years on laths.
