Far beyond the rare vintages, Grand Siècle Itération N°25 by Laurent-Perrier is the choice of not one but three exceptional years of harvest, with complementary aromatic profiles, vintage by Laurent-Perrier. This is called Iterations. Grand Siècle Itération N°25 is a blend of the 2008 (65%), 2007 (25%) and 2006 (10%) harvests.
Launched in 1959 by Bernard de Nonancourt, Grand Siècle is Laurent-Perrier’s grand cuvée. It is the signature of the know-how and the requirement sought by the Champagne House in terms of blending. A Champagne cuvée par excellence, Grand Siècle is the result of a blend of well-balanced wines from both the greatest growths and particularly successful years vintage by Laurent-Perrier.

On the nose
An intense nose of fresh citrus fruits followed by subtle aromas of grilled almonds and brioche.
In the mouth
The wine offers a fresh and toasted attack. The finish is persistent with citrus notes. Grand Siècle iteration Nº25 has an exceptional aromatic depth.
Grand Siècle iteration Nº25 by Laurent-Perrier accompanies high quality products and refined dishes, land-sea associations, shellfish and noble fish such as turbot or sea bass. Served as an aperitif before a festive meal, it gives it a sumptuous note from the start.
Serve at 10°C-12°C to fully appreciate its aromatic richness.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
The blend of Grand Siècle Itération N°25 by Laurent-Perrier is made of a majority of Chardonnay, completed with Pinot Noir and selected among 11 Grands Crus out of the only 17 existing in Champagne.
Within these Grands Crus, only the best grapes from the best parcels are selected. Only the best juices from the pressing are used.
This great wine of Champagne benefits from a prolonged ageing in cellars of more than 10 years.
