    Laurent-Perrier has always favored Chardonnay as the majority grape variety in all of its cuvées, and was the precursor of the Brut Nature category as early as 1981 with the Ultra Brut cuvée. Only the Coteaux de la Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs planted with Chardonnay have been selected and picked at perfect maturity with low acidity to enter the blend of this Blanc de Blancs. A perfect control of the wine making and the breeding in stainless steel tanks allow Laurent-Perrier to elaborate this champagne in Brut Nature (without added sugar, zero dosage).

    Potential of keeping

    Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a blend of Chardonnays from Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oiry (terroirs classified as Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs) and from Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Mamery and Rilly La Montagne (communes classified as Premier and Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims)
    A perfect balance between the wines of the year and the reserve wines must be achieved before the cellar.
    After an ideal aging in the cellars of the Laurent-Perrier House, the disgorging is done without dosage.
