Nicolas Feuillatte

Collection Vintage Brut 2010 Bottle (0.75L) | Gift box

Nicolas Feuillatte Collection Vintage Brut 2010 Bottle Gift Box is a champagne of great temperament, deep, exalted and singular, yet of great finesse. An aesthete’s champagne carried essentially by the greediness of the Pinots Noirs and the elegance of the Chardonnays.

    To the eye

    On the nose

    In the mouth

A testimony to a warm and generous vintage, this Vintage releases great energy in a deep and intense frame, adorned with sumptuous yellow fruits. Its notes of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum and honeyed apricot mingle with a touch of pastry and a hint of menthol that contributes to a freshness. Complete and harmonious, it develops all its aromas with great persistence. It is a majestically balanced Champagne, carried by a fleshy character, developing both the intensity and power of the Pinots and the subtlety and freshness of the Chardonnay. An unconditional delight!

    Potential of keeping

Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Assembly :
A cuvée made from equal parts of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay which draws all its intensity and power from the Champagne terroir.
    Vinification :
The cellar master’s approach is to adapt the dosage of the liqueur to each cuvée in order to sublimate its flavours and aromas. The choice of reserve wine is essential. It is chosen according to the vintage, the year of harvest, the grape variety, the winemaking method and the ageing process to guarantee the unique style of each cuvée. Aged in the cellar for a minimum of 7 years.
