The Pinots Noirs, carefully selected for the elaboration of the red wines, are from old vines (55 years old on average). These are the ones that, picked at the end of the harvest, reveal an aroma of red fruits and candied Morello cherries in Roger Desivry Cuvée Rosé.
    To the eye

A salmon color with coppery reflections. An elegant effervescence, and a fine and creamy foam.

    On the nose

Its first nose is animated by intense notes of red fruits, dominated by wild strawberries and currants.

    In the mouth

On the palate, lively and fruity notes give way to grapefruit aromas on the finish. We will be seduced by its voluptuous freshness and its expressive lightness.

    Food & champagne pairings

The Roger Desivry Cuvée Rosé champagne will go perfectly with a leg of lamb with thyme, a salmon en papillote or a dessert made with red fruits.

    Ideal operating temperature

To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
