RuinartRosé Second Skin Case Magnum (1.5L) | Gift box
Fine and elegant, Ruinart Rosé magnum champagne with Second Skin case is the gourmet expression of the Ruinart taste.
A technological and durable innovation, the Second Skin case now covers the Ruinart bottles. Eco-designed and entirely recyclable, this envelope, a tribute to the Crayères, advocates a return to nature. It aims to reduce and recycle without altering either the Ruinart experience or the taste.
The color is a delicate pomegranate pink, with very light orange reflections. The effervescence is lively and light, revealing a persistent cordon.
On the nose
Intense aromas of exotic fruits (pomegranate, lychee and guava) blossom alongside sweet floral essences (rose) and notes of freshly picked red fruits (cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry). These aromas exalt the subtle spice notes present in this wine (tonka bean and nutmeg).
In the mouth
The attack is frank and full, rocked by a soft effervescence. The balance combines roundness and nice freshness. An elegant and invigorating touch of peppermint and pink grapefruit completes this cheeky palette of aromas.
Ruinart Rosé is a very convivial champagne that can be enjoyed throughout a meal, from the aperitif to the dessert.
It will be enhanced by thin slices of an Italian cured ham of character (San Daniele, Parma...). As an appetizer, a half-cooked salmon or a Japanese-style "tataki" will reveal its many facets. With the main course, exoticism is still the order of the day. An Andalusian gazpacho will awaken its freshness and liveliness, a rosé duck breast with cranberries will highlight its harmonious complexity. At the end of the meal it will be fully expressed with a red fruit soup enhanced with an excellent balsamic vinegar of Modena.
To be consumed between 8 and 9 °C.
Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.
A blend of 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, and 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, mostly classified as Premiers Crus. As well as 25 to 30% of reserve wines from the two years preceding the base.
The grapes are harvested by hand, the alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated by the process of malolactic fermentation.
