Vintage 2014 : The sunny month of June kicked off the flowering under perfect conditions, followed by a rainy month of July that provided sufficient water for the grapes to grow rapidly in a healthy environment. In the mouth
After the tension, the enveloping texture arrives with brioche and ripe apricot notes, sweet tobacco and eucalyptus, deep salinity, chalky texture.

Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires 2014 is the ideal accompaniment to a meal, with, for example, Beef Carpaccio with capers, grilled hazelnuts, anchovies and sun-dried tomatoes; Gambas à la plancha with pastis; and cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire or Morbier.
To appreciate all its finesse and aromas, champagne should be enjoyed chilled (but not iced). Depending on the cuvée, the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 12°C.
