    Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, exclusively from the first press, including 20% from a perpetual reserve, this Drappier Brut Nature Rosé comes from Les Riceys, a village in the Aube region renowned for its terroir.

    Drappier Brut Nature Rosé Les Riceys is ideal with a tomato and burrata salad, a leg of lamb confit or a veal saltimboca with sage.

    To be consumed between 7 and 9 °C.

    Potential of keeping

    Like all wines, champagne can be kept for varying lengths of time, depending on the type. Under optimal storage conditions, champagne can be kept for 1 to 2 years for Brut cuvées, and up to 4/5 years or even longer for vintage and prestige champagnes. Whatever happens, rest assured that you'll never be able to open your champagne too early, as the Champagne Houses only release their cuvées when they have reached perfect ripeness and are ready for immediate consumption.

    Vinification :
    A specific maceration gives the Pinot Noir a deep pink color and an intense aromatic concentration. Drappier Brut Nature Rosé Les Riceys has been aged for 6 months, 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak tuns, then 30 months in bottles on laths. We discover a champagne with an ample and intense attack on the violet and the morello cherry with a final marked by the lavender.
