Drappier Grande Sendrée 2012 Bottle (0.75L) | Naked Bottle
Produced in very small quantities from old vines, Drappier Grande Sendrée 2012 is a prestigious champagne, which only is produced in great years. It surprises by its finesse and its refinement in expressing its aromatic complexity. It is the subtle expression of accomplished aromas.
Its shape is a reproduction of an 18th century bottle found in the cellars of Urville, Grande Sendrée is entirely stirred by hand. Since the 1999 vintage, it has been available in bottle.
55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, this perfectly balanced prestige champagne favours power and high expression.
Exclusively vinified in the great years, Grande Sendrée represents all the know-how of the House of Champagne Drappier for the elaboration of a great wine of Champagne. The oldest vines from the best plots are harvested with particular care. After a soft pressing which extracts only the heart of the cuvée, a vinification by gravity with very little pumping and little sulphur, will give wines of a remarkable finesse.
