This exceptional champagne is a rare wine, made from the finest Champagne plots, exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards, which offers a remarkable tasting experience.
2007 is an atypical year, one of the few in Champagne where the harvest began in August. After a sunny and very hot spring, the summer months were rather gloomy and rainy. The harvest yielded low and uneven volumes, but the year shone with the very good quality of its Chardonnays.

The Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 colour is pretty pink with delicate copper glints.
Roasted notes blended with ripe citrus aromas.
On the palate, the Chardonnay brings straightness and freshness. The finish is nicely structured and restrained, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself with a fine bitterness underlined by the low dosage.
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 is an exceptional vintage whose freshness will enhance marine dishes such as salmon tataki or marinated tuna, or earthy dishes such as Bresse poultry or veal. A few more years of cellaring will allow for pairings with the same ingredients but with more intense, spicy and warm notes.
Blend : Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 is an exceptional cuvée which owes its rarity to its selection of grands crus: 80% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly) and the Montagne de Reims (Sillery, Verzenay) blended with 20% Pinot Noir vinified as red, from the only grand cru of Aÿ. The originality of this blend, largely dominated by Chardonnay, gives this wine a remarkable freshness.
